Well, I've been rebuilding my PC with Linux...

...what's everyone else's excuse? :P

Wanderer (August 21st, 2003, 2:16 pm)

uhm... i forgot how to type? ;)

kromekoran (August 21st, 2003, 11:43 pm)

haven't been writing much lately. In a slump I guess :/

Semirrahge (August 22nd, 2003, 12:15 pm)

Primarily it's because I'm too lazy, but that's a decent excuse considering that every day I come home exhausted. I did do SOME writing recently, even if it was to edit and re-write an important email for my boss. :)

But it's also because (as I mentioned in my journal entry that no one reads) the ideas I am currently mulling over have problems. I need to find a good song and write a story for it... Those always work good. :) Ah well. Yeah. I'm in a slump.

As I've said a number of times, even if you can't write anything, could y'all at least comment on other people's stuff - that shouldn't take more than a few minutes...

cruise (August 26th, 2003, 1:27 pm)

I have web access back on my home machine now - I didn't pick the most user friendly Linux distro (intentionally), and I'm learning quite a lot :P

However, hopefully, now I've reached this level, I can start finishing off my writing for the next issue (in TWO WEEKS guys :P)

Eldritch (August 31st, 2003, 1:20 pm)

I put one up...Sorta. But school started again...

Cruise said this: However, hopefully, now I've reached this level, I can start finishing off my writing for the next issue (in TWO WEEKS guys :P)

I might be getting to much hay on my fork (or some weird expression like that), but do you need a frontpage for that?

cruise (September 4th, 2003, 2:54 pm)

I might be nice :P

I've asked a web designer at work to see what he can knock up for us, but I've not heard anything from him about it, and he's now gone on, yeah :D

cloraxe (January 23rd, 2005, 11:14 pm)

I went to war.

Wanderer (January 24th, 2005, 9:02 am)

did you win?

Eldritch (January 24th, 2005, 11:25 pm)

Everyone loses in war ;) I've just been working on school stuff. I have no valid excuse for not writing.

cloraxe (January 28th, 2005, 2:34 am)

I am still alive, so yes I won. However, the Iraq War is far from over. So only time will tell my old friend, only time will tell.

Wanderer (January 28th, 2005, 9:08 pm)

Aha, that answers enough for me. It's pretty much how i feel, i was just kinda curious if you - having actually been in it and not just hearing from it - had the same idea.

cloraxe (February 2nd, 2005, 2:46 am)

Everything seems to turned out pretty well during the election. A small amount of attacks which honestly I expected alot more. Then the Mujahdeen Brigade releasing thier captured "US Prisoner" which happened to be a 1/6th scale 12 inch toy GI Joe Doll. Kinda gives you hope that they are going thru great lengths to try and stop this, and are failing so they are becoming desperate. I have a sense of hope for the common Iraqi people and always have since we liberated them. It's just all these asshat's from Syria, Iran, Palestine (Isreal) coming to help fight in the jihad that are causing all the trouble. While some of the insurgents are in fact Iraqi. The majority are not, and just want the bloodshed to stop.
