Writing. Right. That's what I'm here for... But for some reason I can't. It's not that I don't have anything to write about, but it's like I can't sit down and take the time. Like... It's boring - even though it's not, not really. I love it as much as I ever did.

So why can't I write?

ICQ UIN: 53983096
AIM ID: ScilliantBlue
Location: Texas!!!
Age: 25
Biography: I have been a voracious reader since I was little. By the age of twelve I was reading books more advanced than most people read at 25. I'm one of the fastest readers I know, with a speed of somewhere around 300wpm. It takes me about 6 hours to finish the longest books. Granted, I read a lot slower when reading non-fiction, but I'm still fast. :P Some of the very earliest reading I did was some of the many retellings of Arthurian legend, as well as medieval romance ("Sir Gawain and the Green Knight"). Also I read the King James bible regularily. This reading has given me a love for language and poetry in general, though I think that poetry is VERY hard to write. 99% of all poets out there suck. I suck, too, but I admit it. :) Anyhow, the reading I've done gives me a vast vocabulary, and a working knowledge of common grammar. I could never tell you grammar rules, and I always forget what verbs and participles are, but I know what works, whether it's "textbook" grammar or no. I'm a very visual and emotional writer. I like phrasing and words that pull the text naturally onwards to the next word and thought. A brief perusal of my writings will show you this. I am a sucker for melodrama as well, though when I write it - if ever - It's not going to be mushy. I write primarily Sci-Fi and Experimental Prose, but I am working on Literary Fiction and Fantasy. Eventually I'd like to write a children's book or story, but we shall see. - - - I am 6' 1" tall, weigh 150-160lbs, and have consistently dirty fingernails. My hair is fine and brown, though greasy and clumps up when it's dirty, which is often. It's never obedient, and only lays right when it's wet or the first few hours after a shower. I have trademark unruly hair. :) I wear, as a habit, Jeans and T-Shirts, with combat boots, two knives, a multi-tool and a keychain made from a 256k 30 pin SIMM, a Photon3 MicroLight, and a 7.62 HP slug. I look best in dark colors, or shades of white, and recently I've acquired a nice amount of black for my wardrobe. :) For those of you who did not care about any of that: I am a third generation Texan (yes, we keep track of that sort of thing here), as well as a conservative Christian and voting (Yeah! Finally!) Republican. I have never been to school at any time in my life, and I do not plan on going to college or getting married. My favorite food is mexican, and I like my version of life just fine thank you very much.
